Yes, we have many lanes that ship on a regular basis requiring dependable and regular transportation.
What are Liberty's payment terms?
Standard terms are Net 30. Quick pay is available for a 4% fee. Credit Card, ACH, and paper checks are available for payment methods. Terms are from the date the invoice is received, not printed.
How do I submit an invoice for payment with Liberty?
Email your invoice with the proof of delivery and rate confirmation if available to AP@liberty-modal.com. If e-invoicing isn't available, please mail the invoice to our corporate office:

What are the requirements for valid detention charges?
Carriers must arrive on time for your appointment.
Carriers must email the rep who booked the load when detention begins.
Carriers must submit paperwork showing the in/out time within 24 hours of incurring the fees.
How should I submit a past-due invoice?
Please send all past-due invoices with a current aging to AP@liberty-modal.com
