Meet the Team

Our President, Tom has over 20 years of experience under his belt in the world of freight, across multiple modes of transportation, in almost every industry. So, it's no surprise he's earned himself the nickname "Mr. Freight 101" around the office. He's developed a unique understanding that sets him apart when it comes to solving problems and navigating the many complexities of our day-to-day operations. Got a question on carrier history, or how to generate cost-savings? Ask Mr. 101. 

Tom is a proud dad of 3 grown daughters and recently became a grandpa (Although he swears he's not getting old). Having spent most of his life in the Pacific Northwest, he is a proud Oregonian and a diehard Ducks/Beavers fan! During the Summer, Tom loves boating, wake surfing and enjoying lake time with his family. That is his happy place.

Kirk has over 30 years in the freight industry and currently focuses heavily on business development at Liberty. He began his career as a truck driver in Oregon. Sometimes you'll catch him bragging about pulling triple trailers! His vast experience evolved into starting not one, but two freight brokerages. His passion for freight is indisputable. He thrives on building lasting relationships and creating solutions that push the boundaries. Kirk is a firm believer in collaboration and looks forward to partnering on your next freight challenge.

Kirk is somewhat nomadic, splitting his time across several places throughout the year. He has two children and he is a proud Army Dad, as both of his children have served in the armed forces. He enjoys classic cars, boating, anything with two wheels and most hobbies that get your heart racing!

Kaylor has over 14 years of experience in the ever-changing freight industry. She has worked at freight brokerages and on the carrier side over her tenure. She has dedicated herself to the operations of transportation and bringing Liberty to the forefront of the industry. She currently holds the position of CFO, but wears many hats at Liberty as they are a small boutique business like many of their customers. Kaylor loves to get her hands dirty moving freight when the opportunity presents itself.  

Kaylor is a proud Army Veteran married to her high school sweetheart with one beautiful daughter and lives in St. George, UT. She enjoys hiking at the mighty 5 National Parks (and everywhere else she can), traveling, reading murder mysteries, and spending time with her friends and family. 

Brandon has been in the Transportation industry for over a decade, where he got his start back in 2011 working for a Utility Trailer dealership. Needless to say, he's been hooked ever since. As the head of our sales team, he thrives on collaborative problem-solving, building lasting relationships, and getting to know the ins and outs of your business. He's always on the move, so don't be surprised if he shows up with a plate of cookies and a helping hand to unload the truck. 

Brandon loves to spend time outdoors snowboarding, hiking, fishing, or taking leisurely walks with his wife, Lauren, and their 8lb Chihuahua, Zoey. As A Wisconsin Native (and diehard Packers and Badgers fan), you might catch him saying "Ope" on a missed pickup or offering a confident "you betcha" when someone asks for help. He looks forward to taking your call and bragging about the fact that "you don't have to shovel the rain out here in Oregon".

With over a decade of experience in logistics and transportation management, I have honed a deep understanding of the intricacies of logistics. My expertise lies in creating efficient, cost-effective solutions that meet the diverse needs of my clients. I pride myself on my ability to navigate the complexities of logistics with a strategic and detail-oriented approach. I specialize in shipping temperature-controlled commodities - expeditated "Final Mile" shipments - and Dedicated solutions. 

Outside of work, I'm a devoted father and a resident of Lake Havasu City, AZ. I cherish spending time with my family, especially my daughter. My personal interests include longboarding and exploring new technology in transportation and logistics, which often translates into innovative strategies at work! 

Tim is a highly accomplished and seasoned freight professional with over a decade of experience. His wealth of experience has positioned him as the go-to expert with particular expertise in furniture and home goods logistics. Tim has consistently demonstrated his prowess in navigating the complexities of this specialized niche, showcasing a remarkable ability to uncover value in odd-sized LTL (Less Than Truckload) or partial truckload shipments. 

Outside of work, Tim is an enthusiast of wristwatches and cars - finding joy in their craftsmanship. Tim proudly identifies as a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Oregon Ducks. Talk football with Tim and it is guaranteed to be a spirited discussion!

Ron has worked in media and technology for nearly 25 years and has a passion for learning about varying business lines and helping them grow. His guiding principles are to treat people with respect and empathy and, above all, listen to what motivates them. The biggest thrill for Ron is helping a customer discover a new strategy or process to improve growth and efficiency. 

As a graduate of Oregon State University and a thirty-seven-year resident of Bend, Oregon, Ron enjoys all of what this diverse state has to offer. In his spare time, Ron enjoys reading classics and history and spending quality time with his family. 

Alvaro is our Bilingual Business Development Representative and Account Manager. He's a dedicated, dependable and fast learning individual with vast experience in management, food, beverage, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain. Alvaro is focused on helping companies that import-export from LATAM-EU to move cargo across the US. He can assist US companies that want to improve their operations and possibly expand into Latin America.

Alvaro is an avid traveler and hiker, he enjoys learning about cultures, countries, and well…pretty much everything. He absolutely loves numbers and analyzing data... guilty pleasure you could say. 

Dave has many years of expertise in online sales and transactions with nothing short of success. This includes thousands of completed deliveries which were on-time and well received by the many that were interacted with. Thousands. In doing so, it has led him to his current position with Liberty Muti-Modal where he continues to offer the same. His goal is to always maintain excellent customer service, and be available whenever there is a need for help. 

Personally, Dave is a family man with few hobbies. He enjoys collecting, scenery, and has been known to do a little bowling from time to time. If I can extend my hand to the next, my day has become fulfilling.
